Kittrell & Armstrong, LLC was formed in September, 2003. Partners Bryant Kittrell and Stan Armstrong have over 50 years of combined real estate experience. Kittrell & Armstrong is able to service all of eastern North Carolina. Their services are comprehensive and include Buyer and Seller Representation, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Investment and Building Sales and Leases, Land Acquisitions and Sales, Build-To-Suit, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, and Consulting Services. Bryant and Stan together have completed over $145,000,000 in commercial sales and leasing transactions.
On a local level, Bryant and Stan are committed to and involved in their community. Bryant Kittrell has served on the Greenville City Council for the past two years and is Chairman of the University Health Systems Foundation Board. Our local connections and client base provide us with the opportunity to put many properties that we handle under contract before the marketing phase gets under way.
